Your primary email address is an important part of your Bigdomain.my account. It's the email address you use to log in, receive notifications, and manage your domains and hosting services. If you need to change your primary email address, follow these steps:

 

Method 1  , Change via our billing System - billing.bigdomain.my

  1. Log in to your Bigdomain.my account.
  2. Click on your account name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the "Account Information" section, click on the "Edit" button next to your current email address.
  4. Enter your new email address and confirm it in the second field.
  5. Enter your current account password in the "Current Password" field.
  6. Click on the "Save Changes" button to update your primary email address.

To ensure that you stay informed about your services and account with Bigdomain, it is important to keep your contact and user email addresses up to date.

Contact: The email listed under the "Contact" tab is used as the primary communication email for all important updates and announcements from Bigdomain.
User: The email listed under the "User" tab is used for logging in to your account and accessing your services and billing information.

 

Method 2: Sending Request via Email
If you do not have access to your billing account or if you are unable to change your primary email using the billing system, you can send a request via email to billing@bigdomain.my. Please include the following in your email:
• Proof of your identity (e.g. copy of your IC or passport)
• Proof of ownership or directorship in the company (e.g. SSM document)
• A company letterhead requesting for the email change  (template at the bottom of this )
• The new email address you wish to use
Our customer support team will then review your request and make the necessary changes to your account.
Note: It may take some time for us to process your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

If you have trouble accessing your account or if the email associated with your account is no longer valid, you will need to contact Bigdomain.my customer support to request a change. To make the process go smoothly, be prepared to provide documentation to verify your identity and your authorization to make the change.

If you are the owner of a domain that was registered through Bigdomain.my and you need to change the primary email associated with the domain, you can follow the same steps outlined above. However, if you are no longer in control of the primary email associated with the domain, you will need to contact Bigdomain.my customer support to request a change. Be prepared to provide documentation to verify your ownership of the domain and your authorization to make the change.
