We are pleased to inform you that the technical difficulties we were experiencing with the server sg203.bigdomaincloud.com [139.162.18.125] have been fully resolved as of 10.40pm. Our engineering team has identified the issue to be related to one of our VM volumes.

 

However, to ensure the stability of the system, we will be conducting multiple system reboot tests within the next 3 hours. This is to verify that the system is fully operational and will not experience any further issues.
