Effective October 8, 2024, BigDomain.my will no longer accept bank-in payments for domain name and hosting renewals.

To ensure efficient processing and avoid potential delays, we will now exclusively accept payments via online channels. This transition helps us prevent issues associated with manual bank transfers, such as processing delays and accounting discrepancies, which can lead to late fees or service interruptions.

Any payments made via bank-in to our bank account after October 8, 2024, will not be applied to your invoice. The payment will be refunded directly to the source bank account, and you will be required to re-submit your payment through our online payment portal.

Convenient Online Payment Options:

We offer a variety of secure and convenient online payment methods:

• Popular eWallets in Malaysia: GrabPay, TnG eWallet, DuitNow QR, MAE, Boost
• FPX Online Banking: Pay directly from your bank account via FPX.
• JomPAY: A secure bill payment option available through most Malaysian banks.
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
• Cash Channel Payment: Pay with cash at 7-Eleven stores nationwide. (Please print your payment slip online before proceeding to 7-Eleven.)

How to Renew Your Domain/Hosting:

1. View your invoices: Visit https://go.bigdomain.my/invoice to check for any unpaid invoices.
2. Renew your services: Go to https://go.bigdomain.my/renew to renew your domain name or hosting plan.
