Additional Update – cPanel License
We have identified an issue with our cPanel license verification. As an official cPanel Partner, we are working directly with the cPanel engineering team to resolve this. Based on early investigation, the ongoing attacks may have caused communication interruptions between our servers and the cPanel licensing system. This error is currently affecting some accounts by preventing cPanel logins and causing related service disruptions.
Please note this issue is limited to the license verification process and does not affect the integrity of your website files, emails, or data. Our engineers are treating this with the highest priority and are working closely with cPanel to restore full access as soon as possible.

Latest Update
We have successfully improved connectivity and the server is operating normally. However, malicious attackers are still attempting to disrupt services. Our team will continue to monitor the situation closely and apply safeguards as needed.
⚠️ You may still notice occasional slowness or timeouts while our firewall actively filters ongoing attack traffic.
What You Can Do
Report issues: If you experience any service problems, please reach out to our support team.
Web & Email Access: If Outlook or desktop clients are unstable, please use Webmail at https://sg105.bigdomaincloud.com/webmail for more direct access.
Retry if blocked: In some cases, temporary firewall restrictions may prevent access. These will usually clear within a few minutes.

Latest Update
Connectivity was partially restored at 2:00 PM Malaysia Time, but the attack is still ongoing. You may continue to experience intermittent connection timeouts and general slowness affecting both HTTPS web traffic and email services.
⚠️ Slowness and timeout are normal during this period while our firewall actively filters malicious traffic.
Please be patient during this period, as the situation is caused by external network attacks beyond our direct control.
Web & Email Access: Use Webmail at https://sg105.bigdomaincloud.com/webmail instead of Outlook or desktop clients, as Webmail provides a more direct and stable connection.
Switch networks if urgent: If you face timeouts, try a mobile hotspot (4G/5G) or an alternate internet line.
If blocked, retry later: Temporary firewall restrictions usually clear automatically within minutes.
At around 7:00 AM Malaysia Time, our server sg105.bigdomaincloud.com
(IPv4: 139.162.7.203 / IPv6: 2400:8901::f03c:91ff:fed3:d75a) was targeted by a large-scale network attack.
This caused intermittent timeouts and login delays on both web (HTTPS) and email traffic.
Our firewall and security systems engaged immediately to mitigate the attack, allowing connections intermittently. We continue to monitor the situation closely with our upstream providers.
✅ What You Can Do
Limit connections per network: Avoid logging in with more than 3 computers from the same office/router IP during this period.
Use Webmail instead of Outlook: Please log in via https://sg105.bigdomaincloud.com/webmail. Desktop clients may retry too often and trigger temporary blocks.
Switch networks if urgent: Try a mobile hotspot (4G/5G) or another line if you face timeouts.
If blocked, retry later: Firewall restrictions usually clear within minutes.
